I QUIT

Today, September 14, 2023 is a new moon and a perfect time to quit what is no longer serving you. Give yourself permission to choose something more uplifting and empowering. Play with whatever comes up and give yourself permission to release it so you can step into more positive energies moving forward.

Here is something I created for myself so you have an example. Ultimately, this is all about you. Allow yourself the flexibility to create whatever feels best so you can release and let go of what’s holding you back from healing.

I QUIT

I quit being at war with my body, mind, and spirit.

I choose to be at peace and consciously take steps to end the war within.

I quit judging myself for the decisions I made in the past.

I choose to acknowledge and appreciate all the lessons I’ve learned from them.

I quit fearing the unknown of the future.

I choose to embrace it as a field of infinite possibilities.

I quit punishing myself for not being enough.

I choose to love and accept myself, flaws and all.

I quit worrying about what other people think of me.

I choose to stay true to myself and share my divinely guided wisdom.

I quit living in survival mode.

I choose to rise above my circumstances and thrive.

I quit feeling guilty about not being busy enough.

I choose to find peace in the pauses.

I quit being impatient and demanding things happen now.

I choose to have faith in divine timing.

I quit doubting myself.

I trust that everything is working out for me.

I quit eating comfort foods because I feel uncomfortable.

I choose to sit with discomfort and go deeper. Ask, “Why do I feel this way?”

I quit chasing my dreams.

I choose to be patient and allow them to unfold naturally.

I quit getting caught up in the chaos all around me.

I choose to be a calming presence.

I am sending you loving prayers, positive vibes, and healing energy as you decide what you want to quit.
