How to Embrace Worthiness



Do you believe that worthiness has to be earned or proven?


If so, you may also believe that worthiness can only be obtained by

satisfying certain conditions or achieving material milestones.


Let me assure you that this is not the case.


The truth is you were born worthy.


If you feel less than worthy, now is a good time to stop, pause, breathe, and reflect

on where these deep-seated beliefs came from.


They can almost always be traced back to your childhood.


Can you think of a time when you were deprived of TV, dessert or special cuddle time because of your actions?


Almost everything you learned growing up had conditions and consequences attached to it.

It’s not your fault that you are struggling with embracing worthiness.


The good news is you have the power to change this.


By shifting your thoughts, you will create more positive results.


Start by writing down the affirmation below.


"I AM WORTHY!"


Then post it in a place you will see it often and repeat it every time you see it.


By saying "I am worthy" out loud, you will be owning and affirming this,

and over time you will start to feel it and believe it.


Worthiness is your birthright.


Enjoy playing with this positive energy so you can begin to heal from within.


You are more powerful and worthy than you can possibly imagine.
