How to Take Control Back
Life is not always easy. We are all challenged with something. Although we cannot control what happens to us, we do have control over how we deal with these situations.
I have learned so many things recently that may help you take control back:
1. This Too Shall Pass (Think of all of the challenging situations you have encountered in your past. You have survived all of them. You were born with an indomitable spirit that will get you through the hard times.)
2. Struggles Make Us Stronger (When we struggle through things and come out the other side, it shows how resilient we are. We are so much stronger than we think.)
3. Find the positive or say something positive about your situation. By utilizing positive thoughts, words and actions, you manifest more positivity. Try saying, "I Got This. It's All Good. All Is Well. I am Healing. I am Healed." (By consciously thinking and speaking these positive words, your mind will believe you and you will create more positive energy in your body.)
We can choose to take control back. It just takes action and commitment.
