Give Yourself Permission to Take a Break from Reality
Every day is not a super positive happy day.
Sometimes we feel wonky and uncomfortable with ourselves.
But it's OK to feel this way.
Be aware that we all go through transitions.
And these times can make us feel icky and gross.
But these are the times we need to believe and have faith that we are transitioning into something better and more beautiful than what we are right now.
Before I got out of bed this morning, I thought about working on my website, my book and/or my online course. I immediately felt a tightness in my chest and decided to
Stop, Pause and Breath.
I said to the Universe, "I surrender control and ask for guidance.
Please turn up the volume and the vision of my deepest desires. What is my next step?" Then, I was quiet and listened for an answer. The funny thing is I did not hear anything. There were no big plans for me today.
I decided to lay low and chill out. And I am so grateful that I chose this path for myself.
If I had started working on my project, I would not have been in the flow.
From past experience, I know that forcing the issue only leads to negative energies of frustration, guilt. regret, and self-loathing.
I am proud of myself for letting go of my old habits and taking a break from reality.
Let's be grateful to feel wonky and uncomfortable.
It's a sign that we are transitioning into a better version of ourselves. Yay!
