How to Release Stress, Re-Center & Re-Focus in 30 Seconds or Less
I want to share a tip with you that I learned in yoga class years ago. Recently, I started using it again and it's amazing how tweaking one little thing in my life has changed my stress level, my attitude, and my perspective. It takes 30 seconds and I look forward to it every day. The great news is that you can do this anywhere, at any time (as long as you are not driving a car.) You can also do this as many times as you want to in order to feel a release, get re-centered and/or re-focused. Even better, you can share this trick with others so they can feel better too. Enjoy!
