How to Find Your Inner Superhero

I have been re-defining a lot of things lately and it seems to be making life easier to manage. For example, I have re-fined myself and everyone else as a "Work in Progress" and I have accepted that there is no such thing as perfection. I have also redefined Multiple Sclerosis, the disease I have been challenged with for the past 25 years. MS now means "Modified Swagger" and "Motivational Spitfire."

Most recently, I was blessed with an epiphany regarding our inner superheroes. We are all made up of body, mind and spirit and when our bodies and/or minds are challenged, our spirits kick into high gear and keep us going. I have re-defined our spirits as superheroes. Think about it. We all have inner superheroes; we just weren't aware of it.

Now that you are aware there is a superhero within you, what are you going to name it? I am "Wonder Sloth," my sidekick Jackson is "Puppers" and my mascot is my stuffed sloth. Let's have fun with this and share with each other.
