Take Care of You
I am so guilty this week of not taking any self-care breaks. No wonder I am so tired this weekend. Sometimes we just need to detach from our phones and the computer and do something for us. So far, I have taken a walk, I have watched a movie and I have hung out with my husband and my dog. I am living in the moment this weekend and doing some self-care and mindful thinking. When I take a break from my crazy thoughts and actions, I am much more open to new opportunities and clarity.
I encourage you to take some time for yourself too, not just today but every day. Even one mindful deep breath can help so much. We need to take care of ourselves first so we have more to offer other people.
